The beginning...

As a former student at Liberty University, I try my best to stay connected. I follow their YouTube channel to sometimes watch their Convocation, which is just like a chapel service that the school hosts 3 times a week and usually have some of the greatest speakers around the world come in and share. Most times after watching I'm left super encouraged because of what the speaker has to share, but also because of what my school is doing to pour into the lives of their students. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that brother Chris was the feature for this past convocation. After meeting Chris at John Jay college and being a part of two King movements events, I wasn't positive about what King movement essentially was but was very interested. I understood primarily two things: 1. The brothers love the Lord, 2. There's only one way to see change in America and in the lives of its people and that is to point them to Christ. Encouraged wouldn't be enough word to describe the use and utilization of this platform that Chris and King movement has. Excited wouldn't suffice either as I'm looking to continue my education with Liberty University this October and as I look to serve and be a part of this King movement in the near furure. https://youtu.be/PvqtPPTkOQA
