2017 K.I.N.G. Summit - Camaraderie at its finest!

Last year, I attended the 2016 Annual Summit as a result of an invitation from a close friend of mine. Even as a "silent participant", it was very apparent that this Organization was very focused on establishing a support system that would help Brothers improve in every facet of their lives. That short weekend definitely left an impression on me and sparked a desire to become active in a local Chapter. Fast-forward one year and I'm now actively involved in the Chapter which is located in Charlotte, NC and I must truly admit that it has been a remarkable experience thus far. Adding to this great experience was the 6 hour drive that we journeyed to attend this year's K.I.N.G Summit. That trip was filled with great conversations about our struggles, aspirations and life-changing moments; all of which helped strengthen the camaraderie amongst us. The drive toward southern Ohio really allowed me to appreciate the Brotherhood and camaraderie that this Organization is forming within and across all Chapters. The workshops at the Summit were very insightful and beneficial to my ongoing journey to become a better Christian Husband, Father and Friend. I am grateful for the relationships that I have formed as a result of K.I.N.G and look forward to partnering with my Brothers throughout the Nation to empower other Men to become all that God has designed them to be. The momentum is definitely building, so let's be sure to seize the opportunity that's in front of us! #SITL - Strong in the Lord Karl
